A note: This is a public-facing version of our strategic plan. Many organizations choose to have both an internal and external strategic plan. This allows for sharing a vision for growth while keeping minute and sensitive information private. Our internal plan includes details such as our financial projections, objectives and timelines for marketing strategies, and a detailed logic model including outputs, outcomes, and metrics of success.
