We put time and care into holding space, making room for the conversations that need to happen to help a group get unstuck.

Not ready (or don’t need) full strategic plan?

Contingency Planning
As the political landscape continues to shift in unpredictable ways, nonprofits and grassroots organizations need to be prepared to pivot swiftly and strategically. Contingency planning is a strategy for navigating uncertain waters and preparing to face crises head-on without reactivity.
Whereas a strategic plan is designed to guide an organization through 2-5 years of intentional growth, a contingency plan sets an organization up to respond to changing circumstances while maintaining integrity and alignment towards mission and values.

Sunsetting
Sunsetting is an intentional process to close an organization with integrity. This process creates space for reflection, celebration, archiving, and wrapping up all loose ends. We will work with you to ensure that all stakeholders have clear roles during the sunsetting process and get to be engaged in the act of closing down the organization, providing as much closure as possible for those who held the organization most dearly.
